WILL THE SCRIPT WORK?

EXPLANATION OF ABOVE

STANDARD WHOIS SEARCHES
This must be set to WILL WORK. Any other value means that you are unable to use fsocketopen() on your server - contact your host and ask them to enable this.

NON-STANDARD WHOIS SEARCHES
Some Domain Name extensions (.tv, .za and several other a small handful of other countries) do not have a whois server. Instead a URL needs to be queried. In order for this to happen your server must have the allow_url_fopen ini set to 1 (yes). WILL WORK means that you can query all Domain Name extensions from your server, WON'T WORK means that you can not query .tv, .za and a couple others. N.B. A WON'T WORK value here does not mean that you can not run the script, you just won't be able to use one small aspect of it. Ask your host to enable allow_url_fopen in their php.ini file.

MySQL INSTALLED
This must be set to AVAILABLE. Any other value means that your server does not have MySQL installed. This is an integral part of our software - it will not work without MySQL

REGISTER GLOBALS
This is just for your own information. The script works with register globals turned on or off.

PHP SAFE MODE
This is just for your own information. The script works with safe mode turned on or off.

PHP VERSION
This is just for your own information.

EXTRA DETAILS
If this value is set to FASTHOSTS SERVER then will be able to use this software. However, you will need to purchase a MySQL database as they sell them separately - contact them for pricing details.
